JioCall, previously known as Jio4Gvoice, has undergone a transformation under Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd.

Did you know that you have the capability to conduct video calls using your Fixed Line number? JioCall enhances your FixedLine connection by enabling video and audio calls through your smartphone. To utilize this feature, configuration of your 10-digit Jio Fixed Line number within the JioCall app is necessary. By selecting the Fixed Profile within your JioCall app, you can effortlessly make or receive calls from your Fixed Line number via your smartphone. Notably, this service does not require a Jio SIM.

JioCall continues to provide all the features that were previously available. It facilitates VoLTE high-definition voice and video calling on your existing 2G, 3G, 4G smartphone. The versatility of JioCall extends to usage with a JioSIM inserted in the phone or within a JioFi connected to your device. You now have the ability to leverage your non-VoLTE 4G smartphone for HD voice and video calls to any landline or mobile number globally. Moreover, these VoLTE capabilities are accessible on your current 2G/3G smartphones through JioFi connectivity.

Furthermore, the introduction of JioCall marks the introduction of Rich Communication Services (RCS) in India. RCS introduces captivating features such as Rich Call, Chat, Group Chat, file sharing, location sharing, doodles, stickers, and more.

With both FixedLine and Mobile profiles available on JioCall, you can engage in calls with any mobile/landline number. Enjoy group conversations with multiple participants and experience HD voice and video calling with other Jio SIM or FixedLine users.
• Unified Messaging for SMS & Chat: Send and receive text messages from your Jio SIM number to any mobile number with JioCall. With RCS, indulge in group chats, share images, videos, locations, and various file types like .zip, .pdf with other RCS contacts. Set JioCall as your default messaging app to streamline SMS and chat management within a unified Inbox.
